Students participate in a ski touring skill development course. This is preparation for the ACMG training scheme. Students will focus on the following skill areas: navigation, tracksetting, emergency winter camping, downhill skiing, basic avalanche terrain assessment and avalanche rescue skills. It is mandatory that students have prior downhill skiing experience.
