FUNdamental Moves

Ages 5-7

This camp is aimed at having fun and introducing and developing fundamental movements necessary for sport and overall health. Emphasis will be on building agility, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and speed which will be taught and developed through drills, games, contests and relays. The goal of this camp is to develop a baseline set of skills for future sport specific development. This will be a fun high energy camp that will promote key sport values such as cooperation, teamwork and sportsmanship.
