Safety Plan 2022
Although the conference will be held in person, we will have measures in place to keep everyone safe! These include:
- You must be fully vaccinated to enter the event, and will be asked to show your QR code as proof at the door. If you do not have a QR code, you must retrieve one prior to the event.
- Masks will be optional, but will be encouraged when you are out of your seat (i.e. exiting/re-entering the conference room). Disposable masks will be available at the check-in desk if you would like.
- There will be a 50% capacity limit on the room so as to encourage social distancing. While this will not affect delegates/participants, this may be enforced if we have a large number of people come to observe the conference. At 50% capacity, the total number of people allowed in the venue will be 150.
- Each participant will be required to sanitize their hands when approaching the buffet at lunch time, and will be encouraged to do so when you exit/enter the conference room. Sanitizer will be provided.
We reserve the right to add to or alter this list at any time reflecting any changes to the Provincial Health Orders
