Book A Facility In 5 Easy Steps!
- Check the Rates and the Facility Use Agreement to determine which facility will suit your needs.
- Print and complete the Facility Use Agreement form and submit it to us (view our contact info here)
- The Events Coordinator will contact you to confirm we have received your form and to review all your needs.
- Pay for your booking.
- Arrange a time to meet with the Events Coordinator to pick up your keys and your Information Package.
Facilities Rental Policy
As with most post-secondary institutions, TRU facilities bookings are provided to the general public and other organizations at a nominal charge to cover operational costs such as heat, lights, janitorial, security, administration, billings & finance, audio-visual equipment, and building maintenance, to name just a few. Some exceptions apply, notably the Joint Use Agreement with the City of Williams Lake, School District 27, and the Cariboo Regional District, whereby rental fees are not assessed in lieu of other considerations (i.e., pool access for TRU students).
All community individuals, associations, institutions, and businesses are welcome to rent campus facilities in accordance with the Facility Use Agreement.
