Healthy Relationships
All of us deserve to be in a healthy relationship, whether it is with our partners, our friends or our family. But what does it mean to be in a healthy relationship? Simply put a healthy relationship is one where there is mutual respect and trust, communication is valued, you feel like you can always be yourself and there is no pressure from the other person to change or do things you don't want to do.
