Power Engineering Fourth and Third Class

3A1 Exam Preparation (96 hours)

This fast track, twelve consecutive day preparation course, is designed for certified Fourth Class Power Engineers wishing to advance their careers. Those seeking to become a Third Class Power Engineer will gain the knowledge required to successfully prepare for the 3A1 exam. Students will be able to write the BC Safety Authority 3A1 exam the day after the last class. Classes will be taught by Byron Poppleton, a highly experienced instructor, who has effectively prepared many students to pass their exams.

Classes will be taught on campus at TRU, School of Trades and Technology.  For out of town students, TRU offers excellent on campus accommodation choices or stay at one of the many hotels close to the university; many within walking distance.
