Culinary Arts Faculty
Ron Rosentreter is a graduate of V.C.C. with a B.C. trade certificate. Ron has 25 years experience in the culinary arts from small independent food service outlets to large international hotel dining, most recently as chef /owner of a local fine dining restaurant. Ron has won numerous medals in culinary salons and assisted Team B.C. in the Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany. He is most proud of being B.C. born, raised and trained.
