Culinary Arts Faculty

Kimberly Johnstone, Inst. Dip. British Columbia; is Trade Certified and is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary. Member of the Okanagan Chef's Association and the CFCC. Kimberly brings over 18 years of industry experience and positions in first class kitchens of Canada and varied international experience having traveled throughout Asia and Australia to the Cook Training Program. Previous to joining the UCC Culinary Arts Instructional Team she instructed the Provincial Apprenticeship Program through OUC in Kelowna. Most recently, she was involved in a Provincial wide revision of the Culinary Arts Program Curriculum.
