JASON COCHRAN, Trade Certificate (Meat Cutter) B.C. Instructors Diploma B.C.; Jason has 11 years work experience prior to coming to work at UCC. in 2000. He is also a graduate of UCC.'s Retail Meat Processing Program and member of the Canadian Professional Meat Cutters Association. Prior to coming to UCC. Jason worked for several years in a first class Meat Cutting/Sausage making operation in Germany.
