franz-stiegFranz Stieg, Trade Cert. Austria, T.Q. B.C., Inst. Dip. British Columbia; Franz has over 20 years industry experience plus 19 years as an instructor at UCC. Franz worked in hotels in Austria, Switzerland, Guernsey CI, London England and as an Executive Chef in Kamloops. Born and raised in Austria he teaches Pastry and Baking Level I & II.
