The workshop will also look at the inevitable diversity found in teams and explore how to use that diversity to accomplish your team goals.
- Conflict Management and Problem Solving– This workshop will explore conflict in team settings by looking at conflict styles, sources of conflict and obstacles to conflict resolution. You will also explore how to create a culture that promotes open dialogue to prevent destructive conflict and encourage resolution of problems.
- Public Speaking and Preparation for Group Presentation – This workshop will prepare students to be better public speakers and will allow time for students to agree on how the final group project will be presented.

Submit a short personal reflection paper at the end of the certificate.
