How To Apply

Application documents required for application to the TRU Animal Health Technology Distance Education program are as follows:

Please complete and submit the following:

  • TRU Animal Health Technology Distance Program Admission Information -This document outlines the steps necessary to apply for the AHTDE program
  • TRU Application for Admission to TRU - Please complete and submit this document
  • TRU - Clinical Instruction Site Affiliation Agreement. This document must be signed by the student and the clinic representative and accompany the application submission.
  • Health and Safety Awareness Form. This document must accompany the application submission.
  • Two reference letters; at least one from your potential Clinical Instructor (CI) indicating:
    • their support of you taking this AHTDE program;
    • how long you have been in their employ;
    • that you are employed for a minimum of 20 hours per week (volunteering does not apply).
