Please remember to give us accurate instructions so we can complete your order properly:

• When you would like your job finished
• Black and White or Colour
• Single or double sided
• Type of paper you prefer
• Bindery:  collate, staple, hole punch, etc
• Please give us your departmental code or your payment information

Please let us know if you would like to pickup your materials or have your order delivered via Stores.
If you do not give us instructions we will by default send your order to you as you are listed in telbook.
