The Interior Indian Friendship Society offers this program which includes, One to One Parenting, 'Where Sharing Starts' a parenting/play group on Thursday's at 9:30am-11: 00am, and prenatal classes on a one-to-one basis or as a group. The parenting program provides in home services as well as in the office.
The prenatal classes include:
- Stages of labor
- Breathing/relaxation
- What to expect during the delivery and at the hospital
- Nutrition
- How to care for the infant
- How to care for mom and dad
- Information about Doulas

Referrals: Self, the Ministry of Children and Families, school counsellors, family physician, family member, or other service providers.

Provides services for the urban native population.
: provide one-to-one counselling for persons with substance abuse issues and referrals to detox, rehabilitation and treatment centres. Also a drop-in service provided.
- Alcohol/Drug Abuse Counsellor
Family/Youth Treatment Program : provides a 12-step program for adults in alcohol and drug recovery. Family and couple counselling available.Sexual Abuse Intervention Program: provides individual and group counselling, education and support.Family Violence Liaison Worker : one-to-one crisis counselling, information, advocacy and referral.Family Violence Program : offers a healing circle for women who have experienced family violence, and a children's group for children who witness family violence.Prenatal Classes: offers free one-on-one or group classes. By appointment.Postnatal outreach program : call number above for more information.Parents Together and Children's Support Group: Play group on Mondays and Thursdays from 10am-12pm. Guest speakers arranged.

Agency provides services for Kamloops Indian Band members. These include recreation, social services, cultural resources, housing, daycare/nursery, and education.
Little Fawn Daycare: provides care for children ages 6 months -12 years, Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30. Prices based on monthly, weekly, daily and hourly. Range from $7.00 an hour to $617.00 for the month for infants to $287.00 a month for kindergarten children.

None-profit, Metis specific family service agency that works in collaboration with the Ministry for Children and Families.
: One-to-one support for families or individuals, support through the court process, for cultural loss, educational groups and workshops.

These homes are available for First nations with a 25% First Nations Background. Town-home complexes on Springhill Dr. and Lethbridge Ave. and six homes on the North Shore are available for low-income families who have been residents of Kamloops for six consecutive months. Homes are administered on a needs basis through an application and interview process.

Services provided for women living on the First Nations Reservation. Provides pregnant women with a $25 gift certificate from three months pregnant until their newborn is six months old. Provides new mothers with $150 in gifts at time of delivery. Services also include prenatal, Lamaze, and Doula services free of charge.
