We are pleased that you are pursuing a career in health care and that you chose the Aboriginal Pathways to Health Careers program as the place to begin pursuing that goal. We have sent you an application package and instructions to ensure that your application is processed quickly. Please complete the following steps. • Step 1 Download, Print out or Pick up the 2010/2011 Application for Admission Form from any of our TRU campus locations. This form is avaiable online in pdf format. If you cannot access this Form, please call 250-852-7278.

• Step 2 Complete the 2010/2011 Questionnaire on page 2 of the Application for Admission Form
• Step 3 Complete the 2010/2011 Application for Admission to TRU on page 3 of the Application for Admission Form.
• Step 4 Attach transcripts for Math 0400 and English 0500 (grades must be a C+ or better and the course taken within 10 years) or make arrangements to complete the Accuplacer Assessment at TRU. In addition to the TRU campus, there are several other locations that offer assessment services.
