The Faculty and Staff would like welcome you to Healthcare. In today's society, we are facing an ever increasing need for Home Support Resident Care Attendants we hope you will join us in this energizing, exciting career. The HSRCA program will teach you the skills you need to help others in Long Term Care Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and in Client's Private homes. This is a career that is both challenging and rewarding. You will become capable of communicating effectively and in a caring and respectful manner. Practice ethically and demonstrate responsible and accountable behavior. Think critically and creatively to meet the varying needs of clients and to work effectively as a team member.
