TRU Welcome Centre

Make this your first stop for general information about Thompson Rivers University and the many program options available to students. If you don't know where to start when it comes to basic understanding of the application, admission and registration process, start at The Welcome Centre.

We provide prospective students, applicants and their families and friends, High School Counsellors and teachers, and anyone else interested in post-secondary education with a welcoming introduction to university and the TRU campus. Parking: Guests of the Welcome Centre, please check in at the front desk upon arrival to receive a complimentary parking pass.

For the information of individuals needing wheelchair access to the Welcome Centre: While our Welcome Centre is not yet accessible for wheelchair users, we are in the process of having the required ramp facility designed and constructed. We anticipate this will be completed by Summer 2012. In the interim, if you would like to meet with a member of our team, please let us know and we will arrange to meet with you across the street in our Campus Activity Centre, which is fully accessible.
