    Security questions

New users to myTRU must setup a series of password security questions and answers so that if you forget your password, you can reset it securely.  Your security questions, and the answers to them, are used to identify you within myTRU.

The system asks you to answer 2 default questions and supply an additional 3 questions and answers to those 3 new questions.  Please ensure that you will be the only one who will know the answers to those questions.

If you have forgotten your password you can login to myTRU by supplying your TRU ID and answering 2 of the previously setup security questions correctly.

If you forget your password, and you don't know the answers to the security question set up, you will have to request the IT Service Desk to reset your password for you.
