How to submit your project

Step One: Collect all support documents including:

  • The FINAL proofed draft of text to be inserted deliverered in word or text format, NOT Microsoft Publisher
    Accepted formats - .tiff, .eps, .jpg @ 300dpi, no web resolution images
  • Sponsorship information and high res sponsor logos – if applicable
  • Event date, location, and time – if applicable
  • Contact name, phone number, and email address – if applicable
  • Business Reply Mail Indicia (requested from Purchasing Dept.) if applicable
  • Dates for files to be electronically submitted to your chosen supplier
  • Date for printed or electronic material to be distributed

Step Two: Fully complete the PDF Project Request form and include your print suppliers date requested for all electronic pre-press files.

Step Three:  Work with the production schedule, DPG guidelines and pdf proofing process outlined by your designer
