All Group Study rooms (in the House of Learning and the Main Library) will be booked using a new software system available from the library’s website.  The new booking software is easier to use, has a more intuitive layout, and is mobile-friendly.

Regrettably, bookings made after November 5th will have to be re-entered and must abide by our group study room policies (see below).  We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we continue to make improvements.

Group study room policies:
• Group Study Rooms are for current TRU students, faculty and staff only.
• Group Study Rooms are for group study, NOT individual study.
• Group Study Rooms are available during building opening hours.
• Group study room are only available for bookings up to 14 days in advance.
• Group Study Rooms are NOT soundproofed. Please be considerate for others studying nearby.
• Group Study Rooms are available for two (2) hours per day.
• The Library reserves the right to delete multiple bookings beyond the first two hours.
• Group Study Rooms not occupied within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled time or not booked are available for anyone to use for that hour.
