In the "Select Function" section, select the function:
List Open Requests: to view your current interlibrary loan requests that you have not yet received.
All Requests: to view ALL of your past and current interlibrary loan requests.
Query Requests: to check the status of a particular request. ** This feature is not working at this time **
Edit Profile: to update your ILL profile (i.e., change your email address)
Click on the Submit button.
List Requests
From the patron login screen, click on "List Open Requests" or "All Requests" to view your ILL requests.
Check the Status column to see the current status of your request.

Processed
The request may be cancelled or the item has arrived
Loan Tracking
The book has been returned to the supplier library
Delivered
The item has arrived
Blank screen
The request has been sent to the supplier library and we are waiting for it to arrive
Click on the Request Number for more information about a specific request.
Look at the Message and Note columns of the request for information about the current status.

The request has been sent to a supplier library, but TRU has not yet received the item.
Sent: Received
An email message has been sent to notify you that the item has been received.
Sent: Returned
The item has been returned to the lending library.
Moved to Search Manual - Status: Search Review
The TRU Library has received your request, but has not yet processed it.

Photocopy - No Scan
The article has arrived and is available for pick up. A notification email will be sent to you.
Document loaned
The book has arrived and is available for pick up. A notification email will be sent to you.

The request is still in process.
Other options (at bottom of the screen):
Send Message: to send a message to the TRU Library's ILL Department to inquire about your ILL request.
Cancel Request: to ask the TRU ILL Department to cancel your request.
Back to Query Results: to return the list of all ILL requests that you have made.
View Details: to view more information about the request such as what delivery option you have selected, the "need by" date aht you have identified, the contact email that you have identified, etc.
