Conference fees
The fee is $480 CDN. A special student rate of $275CDN is available to all students currently attending a recognized University or equivalent institution.
The conference fee includes the reception on Monday August 5th, all conference refreshments and lunches from Tuesday to Friday and dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. It does not include breakfast.
Post conference tour A will cost $50. This includes transportation and lunch.
Expression of Interest
If you are interested in attending the conference and wish to receive updates as planning for the conference progresses, please complete this online form. You can also submit an abstract of your proposed presentation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation may be necessary due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond our control. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place without penalty.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- 50% refund if written notification received on or before July 15th 2008;
- No refund if written notification received after July 15th 2008
Please note that the Conference does not reimburse authors for expenses incurred, either in the preparation of abstracts or final papers, or for travelling to the conference. Authors who are travelling to the Conference from outside of Canada are responsible for obtaining all of the necessary travel documents.
