Audio Visual Loan Out

• Faculty , Staff and Students can arrange to book equipment from Audio Visual Loan out , for best service please give 24hrs advance notice. Loan out request  forms are available in OM1482 or requests can be emailed to av_loanout@tru.ca or you can call 250-828-5070 and record your request.

• Pick up the your booked equipment in Room OM1482. This room is open 8AM to 4:00PM. 
   
• To pick up your booked equipment after hours you must arrange to get room access to the equipment.
   
• Pickup and delivery of audio visual equipment is the responsibility of the requesting borrower. 
   
• The borrower is responsible to see that equipment is returned before it becomes overdue. If additional time is required equipment must first be returned and if available can be extended.
   
• Students can arrange to book equipment  for  course  related assignments and may required written verification from the course instructor. (Time limits may apply) 
   
• Audio Visual equipment should not be removed from assigned classrooms without prior authorization from Audio Visual Coordinator.
   
• The borrower is financially responsible for the timely return and condition of the equipment and may be fined for late returns or charged for the replacement cost of damaged or lost equipment.
