In order to select and install an iPrint printer you need to use Internet Explorer. If you are using another browser, please switch to Internet Explorer before trying to select or install a printer using iPrint.
iPrint allows staff and faculty to easily select and install printers on their PCs by selecting the printer off of a printer map using the Internet Explorer web browser. A printer map is a drawing of a particular floor in a building showing room layout, room numbers, and printer icons. When you hold your mouse over a printer icon in a particular room on the printer map the name of the printer will be displayed. This name should correspond to the label on the front of the printer.
When you click on the printer icon one of three things may happen:
- If the iPrint Client for Windows, hasn't been installed on your PC you will see:
Click Here to Install iPrint Client for Windows XP
Click Here to Install iPrint Client for Windows Vista/7 64 Bit

The printer along with the appropriate printer driver will be installed on your PC.
the printer is Installed on your PC
If everything worked correctly you will see the following message.
