Software for Home Use

Full-time faculty and staff of Thompson Rivers University, who have occasional requirements to work at home, are eligible to purchase or borrow software for installation on their home computer.

Purchase MS Office 2010 (for XP, Vista, Windows 7) or 2011 (for Mac) for $11 - click here

The software that can still be borrowed based on our campus agreement is:

• Microsoft Office 2007
• Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac
• Sophos Anti-virus software
• Adobe Products (must have a current valid licence on TRU computer)

To borrow CD's on an overnight loan

1. Complete the Work at Home Use Acceptance Form
2. Gather your TRU Faculty/Staff ID card
3. Go to the IT Service Desk on the first floor in BCCOL
4. Present the completed form and ID
5. Borrow CD overnight, and return the next day.
   
   It is very important to provide your TRU ID as proof of being Faculty/staff when borrowing CD's, as this our verification process.
