The first time you log in to TRU Remote Access, you will be prompted to install Aventail Access Manager. It installs and manages updates for any agents required to access your network. If an error should occur during the installation process, it is recorded in a log file that your system administrator can use to troubleshoot the problem. Once Aventail Access Manager is installed, the only other time you may be (briefly) aware of it is when an agent needs to be updated.
