Network Strong Password Standard implementation

Students – Starts September 1st

We have found that if you successfully log on to a lab computer once, then again, you will be able to change successfully your password through  on campus or through Remote Access from off campus. This will also ensure that your wireless account will work. Once you have changed your password, it will remain in effect for one year.

If you are not on TRU campus, or have a Mac computer, you will not see the prompts to change your password. Go to instructions for truidvault

Faculty and Staff – Starts November 1st

When the Strong Password Standard has been implemented you will notice the following message at network login Indicating that you should change your password.

When you click on Yes, you will be prompted to change your Novell password.

Your GroupWise password will not change. If you would like to change it to match click here for instructions.
