Change Request Process - July 2009

IT Services has initiated a process that will track all client requested changes to systems, applications, etc.

As a starting point, we ask that you submit this Change Request form to the IT Service desk so that they can create a ticket. The IT Service Desk will forward the request onto the appropriate IT Manager for further action. 

If you are not sure how to complete the form, contact the IT Service Desk (250-852-6800 or ITServiceDesk@tru.ca ) and provide them with basic information to create a ticket that will be provided to the appropriate IT Manager who can assist with form completion.

Once the form has been completed, assigned staff from IT Services will contact you to discuss and clarify your request and to establish a time frame for the work.
