TRU has two basic guidelines to observe in crisis situations:

1. Only authorized spokesperson(s) from the Marketing & Communications Department are to speak to the media on behalf of TRU.
2. All calls or inquiries from the media are to be referred directly to the Vice-President, Advancement at 250-852-6357 (local 6357).
