Employee Review and Planning Program
The Employee Review and Planning Program (ERPP) provides Support Staff Employees and their Managers with a framework to ensure a mutual understanding of effective performance, to provide clarity of roles and expectations, to encourage feedback and open communication, to create opportunities for development, and to ensure that goals and activities are aligned with the TRU Strategic Plan.
Why is this program important?
The ERPP Program provides a supporting foundation for goal setting, job expectations, and performance feedback to Support Staff, and assists Managers with fostering two-way communication and building a trusting work environment.
The Process
The ERPP Cycle is an ongoing process which commences when the employee is hired and includes both bi-annual and annual reviews. Action is required by both the Employee and the Manager at each milestone.
