The purpose of this voluntary survey is to collect anonymous data from students that will demonstrate whether or not Thompson Rivers University needs more supportive services for students with substance abuse issues and/or in recovery from addictions. Do not put your name on the survey; the identity of all persons who take the survey will remain anonymous. You may only take the survey once, and if at any time you choose to withdraw from participation in the survey you may do so. Results will be sent to a secure website for data collection and analysis for potential statistical use in the future
