Procedures Manual - Treasury / Student Registration Payment Information

• If you are approved for funding under the B.C. Student Assistance Program of the Special Opportunity Grants Program for High Needs Students, fees are automatically deferred. Students who can provide proof of funding from a province other than B.C. will also be granted a fee deferral.
• If you are being sponsored, make certain that we have the proper document from your sponsor so that we can invoice them for your fees. Sponsor letters should be on hand at the time of registration.
• Late payment fee of $150 will be applied on over due fees.
• You can pay your fees at most financial institutions in Canada. You must have the proper APA payment form with you.
• You may also pay through most financial institutions if you subscribe to their directed telephone payment program. Please consult your financial institution for information.
