Loan Processing - Electronic Confirmation of Enrollment (ECE)

In most instances, loan documents will be sent to the student’s home address which is on the student loan application. Please make sure you keep your address up-to-date at the Ministry and at Financial Aid & Awards. If you change your courses after the date that your enrollment was confirmed, it is possible that you are no longer entitled to that funding and your document must be returned to the ministry or to Financial Aid & Awards. If you have not received your document, contact Financial Aid & Awards for assistance.

Once you have received your loan document and it is not stale-dated, present it to the appropriate designated post-office.

DO NOT alter any part of this form and ensure that you have the proper identification to avoid any delays in receiving your money.
