Gordon is responsible for managing the operation of the department, which administers a comprehensive program of student financial aid and awards.

Wayne, Catherine and Lisa offer assistance and support to TRU students. The advisors help you with ABESAP, Student Aid BC and other government funding programs as well as TRU awards.

Bev and Susie offer assistance and support to TRU Open Learning students, including Student Aid BC and other government funding programs, fee deferrals, and part-time grants and bursaries, as well as TRU awards.

Remi, Lena and Alice are usually your first contact with the Financial Aid & Awards Office. They will check that you have the forms necessary for applying for the various programs, provide information on program start dates and costs, issue loans, grants and institutional awards, and advise on requirements for maintaining interest-free status on loans. They will also process enquiries through the government if your financial aid is unduly delayed.
