Garden Writers Foundation Scholarship - External Awards Description

Scholarships are offered to 3^rd and 4^th year students majoring in Horticulture, Plant Science or Journalism with an interest in garden writing and/or garden photography. Judging will be weighed heavily upon samples of writing. J Articles published in the last two years are preferred. Unpublished articles may be submitted. A maximum of three articles per student may be submitted. A supporting letter from the applicant's major professor or Department Head and an official transcript of the applicant's academic record must be included with this application. Deadline: January 11.
