Welcome to my home page. Permit me to introduce myself. I have been a nurse educator for twenty seven years; thirteen of which have been at the Thompson Rivers University. For fall 1996 and winter term 1997 I will be teaching first year nursing courses. My current clinical area of practice is gerontologic nursing, however, I also have a background in general medical-surgical nursing, psychiatry and community based practice. My special interest is giving workshops on the infusion of critical thinking in nursing curriculum and the promotion of critical thinking practioners. I am also the owner of the internet discussion group NRSINGED.

I am a staff development facilitator for Instructional Skills Workshops at the Thompson Rivers University and an Associate of The Critical Thinking Community, Ca.
