Visitor Parking

Visitors to TRU may park in a student pay parking lot or in metered parking spaces.

Departments wishing to provide courtesy parking to their guests visiting campus can purchase Courtesy Parking Permits from the Parking Office for $3.00 each.  Courtesy Parking Permits are valid for one day only and allow visitors to park in any student parking lot or metered area on campus. 

Courtesy Parking Permits may be issued to groups/individuals such as:

- Advisory Committee Members

- Potential employers interviewing students

- Government officials

- Other visitors on TRU business

Courtesy permits are for use by visitors only - students or employees using Courtesy Permits will be cited and the offending department's Courtesy Permit privileges suspended or cancelled.

Overnight Parking

No person shall occupy a parked vehicle on campus overnight, regardless of whether a valid parking permit
is displayed.
