The Educational Developers Caucus (EDC) welcomes you to participate in its Annual Conference on February 19 (Friday) and 20 (Saturday), 2010 (with two invited pre-conference workshops on February 18 (Thursday). The conference takes place at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia.

The 2010 conference theme is Intercultural Explorations: Authentic Learning in Intercultural Contexts. The conference will feature concurrent sessions, Lunch Roundtables, and Idea Exchanges encompassing the following concepts:

• The cultures of teaching and learning
• Diverse learning preferences and needs
• Student engagement across cultures, values, and perspectives
• The Canadian context of fostering cross-cultural dialogue in teaching and learning
• Educational development in intercultural contexts
