IT Service Desk Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
In addition, between September and April, voice mail and email messages to the IT Service Desk will be checked and responded to on weekends between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Systems Maintenance Notices
Maintenance that will disrupt myTRU services for students and faculty members is scheduled for off-peak hours. Notices are posted on myTRU and the TRU-OL home page up to three days prior to any activities that could or will disrupt myTRU services.
TRU's IT department reserves the right to reduce or withdraw services as deemed necessary by emergencies. All compulsory steps will be taken to reduce any random loss of service.
