Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
TRU's Graduate Diploma in Business Administration can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis, and either by distance or on campus. Course start dates are September (campus or online), January (campus or online), and May (campus or online)
TRU's MBA Foundation: Graduate Diploma in Business Administration ensures all students have the foundational knowledge and skills needed to be successful at the MBA level. Students may be exempted from one or more of the six courses in the MBA Foundation depending on their educational background. Once the program is successfully completed, students can advance to TRU's MBA. Business graduates will generally receive advanced standing for all six courses and can begin their MBA studies immediately.
The MBA Foundation may also be of interest as a standalone program to those students who just want an overview of business management. Professionals in fields such as medicine and dentistry, for example, can study management at the graduate level to better operate their businesses or practices. Those who complete the courses in the MBA Foundation, subject to the program's residency requirement, will be awarded a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
