What Can You Do With This Credential?
This program allows adult learners to return to and complete their education, thus enabling them to enter into the workforce, vocational programs or Grade 12 studies.
Students who plan to complete a credential through TRU-OL must complete and submit a Program Admission form.
A minimum of one of the required courses must be completed through TRU (distance or on-campus).
Four courses are required, as follows:
ENGL 0401, Reading and Writing English
MATH 0401, Intermediate Mathematics
Science (one required)
Consult a TRU-OL program advisor for a list of suitable science courses.
Elective (one required)
Consult a TRU-OL program advisor for a list of suitable electives.
Students are responsible for consulting with their program advisor to ensure that the courses they choose are available and are appropriate for their program of study and their educational goals. Students who proceed without their program advisor's approval may find that a course does not meet these requirements and may be subject to transcript assessment fees.
