Overview

Problem Based Learning (PBL) is an instructional method characterized by the use of real world problems as a context for students to learn critical thinking and life long learning skills. This session will focus on characteristics of effective problems, the timing of their use, and ways in which teachers can utilize this approach in their own classroom.
