Hire International Students

There are more than 1000 International students from over 65 countries attending TRU who are ready to enter the Canadian work force.

As an employer, you gain students with a Canadian education from TRU, who offer a diverse perspective. Here are your five hiring options.

GRADUATES
STUDENTS
BC Provincial Nominee Program Off-Campus Work Permit Program
Post-Grad Employment Program
Graduates can work for up to 3 years after
graduation in any field. Your responsibility
as an employer is to make a job offer to the
International student before they apply
for their Post-Grad work permit. The student
will need this job offer letter to include
within their documentation when they
apply for the permit.

Co-op/ Internship
Canadian Experience Class
Enables students who meet the selection
criteria to become permanent residents
of Canada. Federal Skilled Worker and
Canadian Experience Class programs make
the process faster.
