Students develop lawyering skills such as advocacy and consensus building, in the context of a non-competitive moot, and conducted in a circle arrangement. Students use a moot problem based on selected contemporary issues in Indigenous-Government relations.
Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion of the First Year Law program
