With over 30,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, the Thompson Rivers University Conference Centre is a wonderful venue with a variety of facilities to host your conference, convention, trade show or special event.

The Grand HallThe Grand Hall
A beautiful ballroom, the Grand Hall has the ability of being sectioned either half or into a quarter of its regular size.

The Irving K. Barber British Columbia Centre is the largest in-the-round lecture theatre in the province and features state of the art technology to support lectures, meetings, symposia and conferences in a setting that encourages and facilitates interactive dialogue in the tradition of Aboriginal culture.

The New Room The Mountain Room

The Mountain Room has a breathtaking view of the campus and features a wall of windows that opens onto a spacious patio.

Heroes Pub Heroes Pub

Our newly renovated pub offers smaller groups a perfect setting for special events.

- Accommodates: up to 150 people

The 11th floor meeting room is located on the 11th floor of the New Residence and is ideal for small receptions, meetings or seminars.




Panorama RoomPanorama Room
A beautiful room with a fantastic view of the city; The Panorama Room has the ability of being sectioned into three equally sized rooms.

This area is only set up in Boardroom Style; therefore, no set-up fee is required
