To register for a management program please contact us with the following information:
- Name of program or course
- Date of the program
- Location of the course
- Full legal name
- Address, City, Postal Code
- Student Number or Social Insurance Number
- Home and Business Telephone
If you are an employer who is sponsoring an employee into a program please include the information above plus:
- Name of your organization
- Your name and contact information
- Outline the costs that you agree to cover
- Authorized Sponsor Signature, Title/Position
