Becoming a supervisor or lead hand is a challenging transition in your career. It requires a different set of skills to move from doing the actual job to the role of delegating and supervising the work of others. The work expectations of the supervisor have been changing to meet the needs that characterize most workplaces. This two-day program will give participants hands-on practice with the new skills required to lead effectively in rapidly changing workplaces.

This program is highly interactive and participants will learn by doing. A varied format will heighten interest as participants learn new skills. Participants will have an opportunity to assess their personal effectiveness and develop action plans to further enhance their skill base.
