TRU BBA–Diploma Entry Route

Students entering the TRU BBA after completing a 2-year business administration or financial management diploma from an acceptable institution will generally receive full credit for their previous studies and can complete the degree in just two more years (20 to 24 courses). Additional courses may be required for students from business-related programs such as tourism, computing, or office administration, but every attempt will be made to minimize the time required to complete the degree.

Diploma Entry Route students meet the same Lower Level (Years 1 & 2) and Upper Level (Years 3 & 4) course requirements as other BBA students, and are eligible for the all the Majors/Minors along with the Co-operative Education Option, Honours Option, and International Exchanges.

Students must have received at least "C-" (GPA of 1.67 on a scale of 4.0) in the equivalent diploma course to be exempted from Lower Level courses and "C+" (GPA of 2.33) to be exempted from Upper Level courses.
