Business Economics Concentration
Purpose, Goals, Targets
A concentration in Business Economics within the B.B.A degree program will allow students to specialize in a functional area. The Business economics concentration serves two basic functions. First, it equips students with valuable techniques that will improve their managerial abilities to conduct pricing, cost- benefit analysis and program analysis, forecasting and industry analysis. Secondly, students will learn how economics interacts and aids in all facets of business decisions.
Employment Opportunities
These students will be easily employable in the private sector. The largest employers of business economists are firms in manufacturing, banking, business services, securities and investment sectors, domestically and internationally.
