Community Projects Process 

Steps that the students go through in completing a project.

The students:

• meet with client to identify need
• conduct a literature review on best practices
• conduct field research / data gathering
• identify / describe client's present practice
• compare best practice to client’s existing practice
• identify what is going well and the opportunities for improvement
• make recommendations
• prepare an implementation plan
• prepare and present a consultant report to the client.
